Deposits are currently supported in USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network only. Sending USDT on any other network — such as TRC20 or ERC20 — may result in funds that cannot be recovered. Always confirm the network reads BSC (BEP20) in your wallet before sending.
Open an account and verify your email, then start a deposit. You will be shown a deposit address and QR code. Send USDT (BEP20) from any compatible wallet or exchange — Binance, SafePal, Trust Wallet and others all work — then return and submit the transaction ID (TXID) from your wallet. We verify it against the blockchain.
No. Any wallet or exchange that can send USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network works. Binance, SafePal and Trust Wallet are examples, not requirements.
Once you submit your transaction ID, we look for the transaction on-chain. Blockchain indexing can take a few minutes, and the transaction then needs to reach the required number of network confirmations. You can check the status of your deposit at any time from its reference page.
We record both the amount you intended to deposit and the amount that actually arrived on-chain. If they differ, the deposit is routed to our team for review rather than being automatically rejected. Only the amount confirmed on the blockchain is ever recorded.
